17th International Workshop on Nonlinear Dynamics of Electronic Systems (NDES 2009)
Rapperswil, Switzerland, June 21-24, 2009
The 17th International Workshop on Nonlinear Dynamics of Electronic Systems (NDES 2009) will be held June 21-24, 2009, on the campus of the Technical University of Applied Sciences HSR in Rapperswil, Switzerland. The conference aims at stimulating and enabling scientists from all over the world to exchange knowledge and ideas in the field of nonlinear dynamics and its applications in a friendly atmosphere. Nonlinear phenomena are observed in diverse areas such as physics, biology, economics, electronics and computer science. The workshop will cover cutting-edge research in these highly active fields and explore new perspectives of nonlinear dynamics in interdisciplinary applications.
Field of interest (not limited to):
- Theory, analysis, modeling, implementations and applications of nonlinear circuits and systems in science, technology and biology
- Coding, language, communication, network analysis, multiscale systems
- Abstract and detailed neural networks, neurodynamics; nonlinear signal processing
- Classical and biological computation
- DNA machines and biological morphogenesis
- Nonlinear devices: sensors, robots, lasers
- Time-series analysis of nonlinear systems
- Chaos control and synchronization
- Biological oscillations and bifurcations
